Three considerations are critical when it comes to developing value-creating strategies for our customers:
  • There cannot be a one size fits all strategy. Any strategy is dependent on both the external as well as internal environment and hence every organisation needs a tailored strategy. We at PiVOT, do not use standard strategy models and try to develop strategic solutions that fit the particular client’s requirement. Every engagement starts fresh at the drawing board.

  • The strategy needs to be pragmatic. Our extensive operational experience helps us appreciate the ground level constraints and challenges in the business environment. In an industry as grounded as logistics, we believe that this is a key differentiator of our work.
